Dignity. One Flow at a Time.
HerFlow Foundation is a Jamaican non-profit organization advancing reproductive health through education, advocacy, research, and strategic partnerships. We are committed to promoting menstrual equity, improving reproductive health outcomes, and restoring dignity for women and girls from puberty through menopause. Our flagship mission is to end period poverty by ensuring that everyone has access to accurate information, essential menstrual products, and supportive environments where they can thrive. Through school and community programmes, workplace initiatives, humanitarian response, policy advocacy, and innovative partnerships, we are building a future where reproductive health is understood, prioritized, and accessible to all.
