Kingston, Jamaica — HerFlow Foundation will host Conference. Period. 2026, a two-day reproductive health forum on October 23–24, 2026, at the Alfred Sangster Auditorium, University of Technology, Jamaica (UTech).

Held under the theme “Educate. Empower. End Stigma.”, the conference will create a safe, inclusive space for young people, parents, caregivers, educators, health professionals, advocates and other stakeholders to engage in open conversations about reproductive health.

Conference. Period. is designed to move beyond the traditional conversation about menstruation, addressing the wider reproductive health journey and the questions, challenges and experiences that emerge across the life course.

The programme will feature expert-led sessions, informative symposiums, interactive workshops, panel discussions, wellness activities and opportunities for participants to access health information and resources.

Among the featured conversations will be discussions on menstrual stigma and shame, the science of the menstrual cycle, HPV, sperm health, fertility and living with a period. The conference will also create space for intergenerational dialogue, including Dads Talk Periods, where Jamaican fathers will share their experiences, lessons and challenges in supporting their daughters.

Participants can also expect interactive experiences including a Period Shop, product education, myth-busting activities, parent-teen dialogue, a wellness and fitness zone, expert access and opportunities for young people to share their experiences.

October 24 also marks Period Awareness Day, making the conference a timely platform for elevating the national conversation around menstrual and reproductive health.

Conference. Period. forms part of HerFlow Foundation’s 10th anniversary celebrations, reflecting a decade of advocacy and education around menstrual health and reproductive health in Jamaica.

The conference runs from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. each day at UTech.
